Background: We use the Audit - Actions report all the time to identify the number of times actions are being rescheduled. Currently, it is written into our adhoc view, presumably from the Audit - Actions table. Recommendation: We need this information in the Data Warehouse, to create easy to view data metrics using Power BI.

It would be better if we can have the training event date of a person in the data warehouse. This information will be helpful to track if the person has already been nominated to a training event.

Background of Issue: The current data model enables us to provide a snapshot of today's compliance, but no ability to see snapshots of the past. It is common for many companies to display a rolling 12 month training compliance report (which can be used to show longer term improvement/decline). We currently cant do this using the data model. To achieve this, I have taken the overall data at the end of each month, pivoted results by workgroup, then added a month/date column, then used this new table as the source for compliance by workgroup. Request for Change: Create a new table which consolidates this data by month. I don't believe we need to go as far as by person - just by workgroup is fine - three records (Compliance/Competency/Procedure %) per workgroup per month.

Background: We are in the process of creating BI Reports using Assessor Data and while the majority of completed assessments exists within InTuition, it wont include all data, such as Cancelled assessments. Request for Action: Can we get the data table which can be extracted from the Web Application included in the INX Data Warehouse? It will allow us to extract and manipulate the data as required using Power BI (or other BI Tool).
