Ability to bulk update Event Report status to Closed. Either from Person Events tab or Event Maintenance.

Within the Follow-up Actions view, it would be good if we are able to filter by Action Type (in order to prioritise more critical actions). That being said, Follow-up Actions currently doesn't let you filter by date or generic filters as well. If this could be added, it would allow users to narrow down searches when outstanding actions are high in quantity.

When exporting or scheduling the in-build actions listing, the workgroups are not filtering based on the Actionee’s workgroup. Report shows representatives from other departments appearing in various workgroups.

If the assignee changed the due date, can a notification email be sent to the assignor? So the assignor is aware of the changes.

I always get asked about delegation of responsibilities. I know we have the event maintenance feature but this requires a System Administrator to know when a person is away and to reassign all event/actions. It would be great if we can list multiple people against one other as delegates (same as we list a person against another as a supervisor). There needs to be a way to flag a person as "away" or "send to delegate" etc so the system knows to assign it to a delegate. It would be really cool if InControl could check for out of office on a person Outlook and if it's set auto flag this field... Outlook integrator style? InFlight could be wrapped up in this too? I'm not sure if it's best to auto delegate or if the system should just flag that the person is away and allow picking of delegates? Then we could have workflow roles for Approver delegate, ERM delegate, etc and control what the delegates can do. There's another option required here too for continuous or administrator delegates, ie: a supervisors administrator. Someone that has identical editor access as the assigned person but cannot be assigned to the record. This would allow for situations where supervisors have dedicated administration staff to complete their data entry and we know that they have exactly the same entry levels as their supervisor. Maybe some field masking needs to be accounted for in this situation so an Administrator cannot see sensitive fields etc?

To be able to sort the report recipient list as it is quite difficult to manage the list once the list becomes bigger

It would be very useful for an actionee to know the name of the person who raised their action so that they can ask for more information if required. This should be stored in the c_actions table displayed in the action tab for each action.

Currently all ad hoc reports must be built from the ground up which is very time consuming.

Add ability to create checklist without response type and response options. Some checklists just require a free text answer box for all or some options (if using multiple response type option). Currently a checklist needs a response option to be populated for each checklist answer.

Allow the duplication of a Checklist to be renamed / versioned allowing for clear distinction in document changes and able to demonstrate alignment to our relevant SHE management system document.
