Background of Issue:
The current data model enables us to provide a snapshot of today's compliance, but no ability to see snapshots of the past.
It is common for many companies to display a rolling 12 month training compliance report (which can be used to show longer term improvement/decline).
We currently cant do this using the data model.
To achieve this, I have taken the overall data at the end of each month, pivoted results by workgroup, then added a month/date column, then used this new table as the source for compliance by workgroup.
Request for Change:
Create a new table which consolidates this data by month.
I don't believe we need to go as far as by person - just by workgroup is fine - three records (Compliance/Competency/Procedure %) per workgroup per month.

Hi Grant,
This is still under consideration, however, capturing history is not feasible under the current +BI data warehouse solution design.
However, the strategic plan is to move +BI from its current single tenancy solution, to our multi-tenant data platform. This would allow us to re-architect the data warehouse solution to capture history, enable more frequent data refreshes, and provide new insights (benchmarking, predictive modelling).
