Advanced Cleaning

The central facilities are cleaned overnight from 6pm to 6am, the cleans are distributed in the morning and allocated to the tablets. The issue is, come midnight when the cleaner is halfway through their cleaning run, the system clicks over to the following day and they cannot see the rest of the cleans, they will only show up when cleans are distributed in the that day in the morning.

When looking at Cleaning Results report, it would be greatly improved if it also displayed the Rank information against the rooms. Especially when investigating concerns with certain rooms, it would save time having it displayed on that page instead of then looking at other reports to work out what the Rank was on that room.

We have many instances where non-permanent room owners/guests stay in owned rooms, particularly during shutdown periods. The cleans which generate when the non-perm room owner departs from an owned room is a EC. When Housekeeping go to clean this room as an EC - there is an element of confusion as there could be belongings left out by the room owner or locked cupboards. Whilst there is some information that displays on the tablet related to the room, it's still not providing enough clarity. Hence the suggestion of a rank to specify these instances? Alternatively could a new clean type be added into SAM & ACA, on the parameter of when a non-room owner departs from an owned room?

When there are issues with QR codes (damaged or missing) and the room cannot be scanned, and the room is updated to Complete clean status in SAM - it pulls back through to ACA on the Workloading page and Schedules but not on the In Progress report. Is it possible to somehow show these rooms as a different shade of green and info that it was updated in SAM when hovering over the room on the run? This would assist with the Supervisors monitoring performance and not having a discrepancy between Schedules and Progress reporting.

Speaking with a Housekeeping Supervisor, they'll use departure reports out of SAM to prioritise RR or EC cleans where the room has been vacated in last 48 hours, and will pick these in ACA Workloading to keep on today's run. If there was the ability to expand the Sort by drop-down that currently exists, to include an option to filter and group by would be helpful. This would allow them to filter to those clean types and then sort by departure date or arrival date.

This Canny is to have the Room type visible for the housekeeping supervisors in the web version to be able to distribute better. i.e. if there are couples rooms organising linen and grouping together for ease of distribution and minimising manual handling tasks. If you have any other ideas of how to identify groups of room types that would be great. Thanks

On ACA > Reports > Progress page - it currently shows a purple colour for the next room in the list for the Housekeeper to clean, but that does not mean they will actually go to that next room. Would be great for the Progress bar to show when a room QR code has been scanned so you know which room they are currently in. Be helpful for the Supervisors when out in the village supervising their people as they check the ACA progress page via their phones or own tablet.

Can I please request development in ACA to target specific areas for the algorithm when distributing the workloading. Camp may be split into old and new areas and there may not be specific pathways between the two areas. This causes additional manual manipulation when distributing the workloading. I would suggest area > building > floors Specific area will have building and floors. The algorithm should not add specific areas together when it distributes the workloading.
