As per the request 75345, the values in ChangedBy and ChangedOn of S_people are updated even employee data is not changed. INX Support experts have advised that the Scheduler has updated the ChangedBy of the table, value "'NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM'"

Can this issue be reviewed and fixed in a future release. Ideally, if no actual change on the employee record, system should not change any columns of the s_people table, including ChangedBy and ChangedOn
