We have many instances where non-permanent room owners/guests stay in owned rooms, particularly during shutdown periods. The cleans which generate when the non-perm room owner departs from an owned room is a EC. When Housekeeping go to clean this room as an EC - there is an element of confusion as there could be belongings left out by the room owner or locked cupboards. Whilst there is some information that displays on the tablet related to the room, it's still not providing enough clarity. Hence the suggestion of a rank to specify these instances? Alternatively could a new clean type be added into SAM & ACA, on the parameter of when a non-room owner departs from an owned room?
