Contractors are frustrated that their admin staff cannot upload certificates and qualifications of their workers. It can only be uploaded by the worker themselves. This is a problem with no so computer literate workers. If not done correctly their workers are not permitted on site as they haven't uploaded the required certificates and qualifications.
