Ability to make change permanent when customize the display list of workflow requests to show more columns and sort by the last updated date so it doesn't revert to the default display after reopening this page.

Or if INX cannot allow user to customize the column permanantly then add column "Date created" ,"Last Update" and sort by the last created date/Travel date.

This will help us immensely in working out which workflows to process first
