Hi Nadia,
Thank you for your request of enhanced Notifications within the +Process Workflow Stages.
In its current state the Travel Arranger (Initiator) is notified via email at the following stages:
*Returned
*Cancelled
*Declined
*Committed.
As there are often outstanding actions required for the admin team to finalise before notifying travellers of their itinerary, (eg Accommodation Allocation) as well as the high frequency of changes that can occur, the system is currently designed for the Admin/Mobilisation Team to control manually when the traveller is informed of their confirmed Travel & Accom bookings.
If the Mobile App is enabled - Travellers will be able to stay up to date with their upcoming rosters & Bookings.
This is our current understanding of clients requirements as majority, however in the case this has changed I will keep this post open to give others the chance to Vote.
