Background:
Currently we have 98 ‘draft’ mobilisation workflows – of which most of these are from March/April.
These will all be sitting in the initiators in trays, but will possibly never be used, but are polluting the system.
Currently, if we want to clean this up – we have to do it manually.
Request for Change:
Are we able to create an automatic deletion process – eg: if the workflows are not edited within 30 days, it is automatically deleted?
We can then train our initiators that they will be deleted if they are not processed.

Hi Grant, Thank you for the above idea regarding automation of draft workflow deletion.
Im pleased to advise that as a result of your feedback this solution is now available to be configured from Version 5.15.
There are 2 configuration settings for +Process that will control your Draft Workflows.
- Auto Delete Workflows - A System Setting has been introduced to remove draft workflows after X number of days automatically. This removes the need for administrators to open each workflow to remove it.
- A new System Setting has been introduced to allow certain workflow status to no longer appear in the InTray after X number of days.
These settings can be configured on request by INX Support for Versions 5.15 and higher.
