Background:

The roles menu shows a listing of all personnel with a current (not end dated role).

It is common that a person only comes in for 3-4 days, then is not acutally ceased - but unless you can review each position manually (to cease/end date them), they will always show in this screen.

Request for Change:

To allow people to see a true number of appointees, the system should not show inactive personnel in the counts, or listing of personnel in the role.
