Background:
It is understood that there are changes in v5.11, whereby notifications will exclude procedures which are not reflected in the role requirement. It is still an additional requirement for us to ‘renew’ procedures which are no longer required for the person (as we expect people to review procedures on a 2 yearly basis).
Request for Change:
Being able to ‘Renew’ procedure records which are no longer required.

Has there been any progress to this matter?
As a separate, but related matter, there is also no way to make a person re-complete the training.
I have another instance today whereby we want a person who was involved in an incident re-review a procedure. The only option I have to manage this is to:
- Delete the procedure record from the InTuition profile (do not want that...); or
- Re-Enrol the user into the procedure within LMS manually).
Better option would be the ability to renew the procedure...

Grant Towers: We have had a similar issue recently, and the workaround was to manually enrol them in a course in LMS.
