Background:

This idea has been raised on many occasions, we have found that a few people have created a large number of records without recording the “Date Assessed” and “Competency Level” for Person Competency records.

Request For Change:

Investigate and review making a change to either: make the fields mandatory, or introduce an app setting where we can make it mandatory. This is another point of frustration where re-work is required to address issues such as this.
