It would be helpful to be able to see if personnel meet the minimum requirements of a role or holds more desirable qualifications, without having to go through the CCP lists. Adding optional/desirable/non-mandatory CCPs would help with this. We have a lot of roles with "nice to have" qualifications but no way to real add them to the system.

The only way I can see to add them is to include them as equivalent to or exceeding the base CCP, which isn't always a true representation. It will likely also cost a lot of time as adding enough combinations of equivalent to or exceeding CPPs to the advanced details is a time consuming exercise; even more so when changes occur and they need to be amended. And that is assuming those combinations are relevant to all the roles requiring the base CCP to being with, which will likely not be the case.

It also can't be seen on appointment compliancy reports as the current set up states "holds equivalence" against personnel to show a CCP they hold has an equivalent or higher, rather than what that equivalent is. It would be so much easier to be able to view optional requirements as well as mandatory.
