InTuition - Move the 'Add' CCP requirement to role from Bottom to Top

Background:
To add a CCP requirement to a role, the add button is located at the bottom of the page. Each time you add a new CCP and save, the screen reverts back to the top of the page each time. You are then required to scroll back down to the bottom of the page to add a new CCP, when you have over a 50+ CCPs this is frustrating and time consuming.
Request for Change:
Consider moving the ‘add’ button and then subsequent window from the bottom, to the top of the page.
When you have 50+ competencies in a window (that reverts back to the top each time), then you have to scroll down manually each time, having the add button at the top = significant time saving ability.
This could be applied to a number of other windows also, such as Person CCP’s etc.

Part of the issue is that each CCP you add, on save, you are taken back to the top of the page. You are still going to have to click the double arrow down to get to the row where you can add another CCP. My suggestion would be. Rather than the whole page reloading just reload the added/edited row. One would think you would then remain on the row that you have just added/edited.
