From the screen showing booked attendees on a calendar event (course), it would be very helpful to then be able to produce and print an attendee sign off form.
As with standard attendance forms, showing Course name, date and Instructor at the top. Columns showing attendee name, company, workgroup and of course a signature column should be a minimum. Some additional columns could be contact number, email address and supervisor name.
Some functionality to "personalise" the form (as with auto emails) to particular company requirements would be a bonus. For example enter specific instructions or even add a company logo.
