Once a Training Event has been updated in InTuition
The status of the training events event remains open.
There are currently 2 Statuses for training events
Open
& Cancelled.
I would propose a 3rd option called
Closed
Along with the status, I would propose that the Training event is accessible via the Course calendar, but not editable.

Agree, it would be very helpful that once a course has been completed by ticking both actions (update course training status for selected people and process training records for selected people) it then changed the status to closed. If both of these boxes have not been ticked for all persons that attended, the course status remains as incomplete or open. We had a new training person come on board and did not tick those boxes for many courses and there was no way of know what was completed and what wasn't except for running reports and manually cross checking. Also, it is incorrect to show the course as open when it is closed

Unprocessed (Open) training events could also appear in the In tray so that they don't get forgotten about.
