Essentially a major amount of time could be saved if there was drag and drop functionality within InTuition for Person CCPs.

During the month of May 2021, we manually modified 10,211 attachments. If would say that we would spend on average 10 seconds on each record searching, clicking etc. If we could cut it down to 5 seconds – we would save, on average 14.18h per month. This will significantly improve the processing time for persons uploading records.
