Add Group Maintenance ability into the Administration section of all INX modules. There are some current group maintenance functions that can work across all modules and some that are specific for InFlight.

You could have specific ones for other modules.

Example: InTuition could have renew all personnel who have a specific competency and one to renew all personnel who have a specific compliance (example is that a competency or compliance is no longer valid)
