Having documents visible under Assessments (under Person Competencies - see screenshot) that are not applicable to that Competency (possibly uploaded in error) will cause an immediate audit finding.

It also doesn’t make sense that a user cannot delete a document that has been uploaded in error.

The immediate solution would be to be able to delete the incorrect document. An alternative solution would be to have a tick box that can be ticked to only “show linked” i.e. active / correct documents.
