This would be good for us as well, sometimes we are looking at creating developmental roles that are the same or very similar to others - just with a different class so that reporting is easier. It would save a lot of time duplicating CCP requirements.

This is a major issue for us, we have over 2,000 roles, each with different training requirements. some roles can have over 60 bespoke requirements.

It would be great to be able to simply copy a role then all of its requirements, then only change/add a few, rather than 60+.
