Before an action is assigned, it has been suggested that an email from InControl is sent to the actionee to accept the action. We have this available in other action tracking systems. We have a problem where actions are assigned without any consultation with the actionee. We know this is a management issue/training process etc, we have gone down that path, but we need the system to also assist with this issue.
