Problem statement

When we are making room moves to optimise rooms, we look at the previous and next occupant fields to best maximise rooms. This does not consider the linked VR room, and we have to review other reports to ensure we do not add a booking that conflicts i.e NS outcoming from VR Room and NS incoming into master room.

Is it possible when a VR room is linked to a master room the previous occupant can indicate a VR is in use
