WAIO would like to enhance our customer service by being able to take notes from our phone conversations on travelers profiles for other agents to refer to when helping the same customer again. In particular to store history not related to flights or accommodation bookings. We would like to suggest a booking note function similar to the attached image which is available against Indvidual transport.
There is a notes section against the profile card, however, to reduce clicks and visibility on the profile are chasing an alternative option hence the canny submission.
