Currently the Room Listing report includes Inactive rooms and shows them in the "Active" count. I have been informed this is due to the fact that SAM does not record the historical status of a room and only records the current status if it is Inactive or Active.
I suggest adding a new table to record the room's status so that the Room Listing report accurately reflects the room's availability over an historical reporting range.
