When a profile is marked as a no show in SAM, it sents an email to SAM profile department. Many a times, the person is working on multiple departments/areas and when booking is requested in Workflow, the department the person is going for the job is used, however the no show gets flagged to SAM profile department instead of the current job. Can this be amended so No show goes to correct department for that current travel.
