Hi Team,
Would we be able to look at enhancing the folio document to enable keyword search for specific documents.
Currently in Site Travel documents the field 'Reason for Travel' translates to the 'Description' field on the task page. This enables the keyword search.
This is extremely valuable as it allows the team to work on specific projects/GB's that may be submitted by different users and exclude workflows not related.
In a Folio document the 'Reason for travel' field is not linked to the 'Description' field which limits how we can search and process bulk works.

Hi Team, as a work around I have been using the keyword search to look for specific transports associated with bulk works. I have noticed that the transport code is not displayed in a Folio Removal document. as part of this enhancement would we be able to make the description field consistent in displaying the transport code across all folio documents? Thanks
