Carrier Bookings Fails

Currently the Carrier bookings page shows totals for # of Passengers, Pending Bookings and Pending Cancellations. Can there please be a column that captures "Fails"
As outlined in the screen shot. Flight VA9486 11/10 in front page tells us that there are 16 Pending bookings 1 of which is a pending cancellation however extra information about failures vs true "pending" would be ideal.
