Currently we have the ability to update cost codes assigned to personnel, for a certain date range, or permanently from a certain date which carry the cost code to bookings respectively. My requested improvement is that we be able to assign cost codes across profile and matching bookings using the same cost code, but exclude all other bookings (eg. when someone may do a drop in with a shutdown for a week here or there and we don’t want those ADHOC bookings disrupted when updating the profile cost code and BAU bookings). Context for this request is EOFY changes are made to cost codes for large numbers of people who need to be reviewed individually so ADHOC bookings are not wiped out. This improvement could mean a bulk change is possible, even if there are multiple people, with varying dates of bookings across multiple cost codes.
