It was discovered that when FOLIO documents are processed INT drive records are not created when they amend Village. As a result it was then found that when a resident "no shows" to the second village within that FOLIO document request a transport doesn't trigger the option to "NO SHOW" or "CANCEL" the booking on the Accommodation Arrivals page. To correctly track arrivals into rooms the ability to " to "NO SHOW" or "CANCEL" the booking like an arrival with a transport would be very beneficial.
