With the upcoming development of the Workforce Kiosk app and users to have the ability to manage bookings - remove/reschedule existing travel.
Whilst we allow all profiles to have Workforce Kiosk Enrolment and that Group has the default set to Yes.
The Workforce Kiosk - Allow Manage Bookings Group default will be set to No.
There are certain employers/departments we would never allow to self-manage their bookings through the Workforce Kiosk app.
Understand we can bulk update existing profiles with the Groups, however when it comes to new or reactivated profiles - it would be great to have our preferences applied with the profile creation/reactivation so that it is not introducing an additional step for our Workflow Approvers to change approved profiles from N to Y on Default Workforce Kiosk - Allow Manage Bookings.
