When you create a sample run it has a comments box, it would be good that if you can also add a weather conditions. Its good that you have the option per sample point bit also most likely if all sampled on the one day, the weather conditions could be added at the monitoring run page and then saves having to add for each sample run. Perhaps if could prefill each sample point and then be editable if required.
