Both Samplers and COC responsible person is now a dropdown option along with default COC responsible to user creating the COC.

Samplers is now available as a dropdown selection along with person responsible for CoC. We are close to completing default person responsible for CoC to the user creating the CoC.

When I create a Chain of Custody, the system should default the "Person Responsible for CoC Handover" field to my name and allow me to change it if I need to. This would save me time each time I create a new CoC, as most of time I'm doing it for my own sampling.
