when an exceedances occurs it would be good to have an action or comments function to note down what was done for this, was the sample retaken as it was tampered, or was the system close etc. and have ability to see this from the health map

Hi Rebecca Cave, for any exceedances alert we currently allow users to comment when the status is changed to actioning or closed from alerts page. Do you mean we can include these comment and status in the health map card view along with monitoring program limit information?

Sadi Islam , yes a section where it details this has been actioned and what action was taken or takes you to the alert page to see what action was taken
