Currently, when a webhook runs - the entire contractor or worker record is sent through as part of the payload. This can mean payloads in excess of 100kb for a single small change to a single record - with nothing identifying what exactly has changed since the last webhook.

What would be better would be smaller API payloads, where only the change details are sent through.
