The client to have the ability to update the username to an email address of a disconnected worker. If the username is not an email address, the client / business admin of an employer is unable to invite the disconnected worker as this would result in the worker registering a new account. If client / business admin can change the username to an email address, the client / business admin will be able to invite disconnected worker, and the worker would not be prompted to create a new Sitepass account if they have an email already associated with their username.
