Currently, there is no way to make a worker an Admin on their Contractor account. We have had a few scenarios where the existing Admin has left their business, and the new person coming in can't get anyone to assign them as an Admin as nobody else there has permission. Recently, we had a scenario where I raised two tickets through Sitepass, with no response for this. Monica was able to help me in the end. It would be good to be able to assign a worker Admin permissions. It makes us look disorganised while we try to get them assigned through Sitepass Helpdesk.
