Introduce a new feature which allows administrators to archive a worksite. Archiving a worksite will:
  1. Flag the worksite as archived so it is no longer selectable when assigning people to worksites (ideally also filters seperately in the worksite list). No need to disconnect or change existing user's workflows
  2. Disconnect All - that removes the connection of all workers/contractors to the worksite
This would allow a worksite that is no longer relevant to be archived to avoid confusing new users, and then after a period of time for audit purposes, have all the users disconnected.
