Background of Issue:

Significant Time and Effort goes into the maintenance of personnel user within all Core INX Modules. the idea below I am proposing I estamate would reduce manual management of user access by around 75%.

Suggestion for Improvement:

We have built role significant role structure (for example 'Site'-'Department'-'Position') - with aligns our training needs in InTuition. These roles are also able to be used to define specific access types as well as company level required.

Create the ability for a specific role to be configured with system accesses, so that when a person is added to the role, they inherit all access levels. Once ended, their access is removed.

I think you would need to create a 'Automatically Assigned' and 'Manually Assigned' flag (and only the automatic access will be automatically removed).
