with the incorporation of INX Identity to INX Product suite (identity management), its possible to visualize some user data. Last login information is available for INX managers and login count. This information is shared across organizations and might be inaccurate for audit purpose.

It is planned for 2025 to improve users logs display and include ordered historical information.

Its important to see who uses the system especially with staff that moan about not finding documents or how to address actions etc. If I could see their activity I could potentially identify a root cause.

A report showing user activity (last time loged in)

INX Product Management

A report that system administrators can run that will show the details of all current registered users showing the date last logged in to the system.

This would be extremely useful in managing User accounts and ensuring users that have moved on have their access removed and allowing general user account clean-ups.
