Show all future consultations in the Consultation Summary Adhoc Report

The Consultation Summary adhoc report query only shows consultations that have all the mandatory fields from a consultation populated, which aren't mandatory when booking a consultation (future consultations).
It would be better if it returned all consultations including future consultations without the consultation mandatory fields populated.

Agreed, it makes no sense to run a report requiring fields that are not available at booking. It would be helpful to have the report include ALL consultations, or select consultation status (booked, requested) so that the assessments can be managed through InHealth rather than a separate spreadsheet.
