In subsequent years, the occ health doctor needs to review the previous years and abnormal findings should highlighted as those would need to be compared. For example to see if there is further deterioration. We would need to look at what options there are for solutions. To review previous years consultations, it requires the doctor to go into each consult and each form individually. Could we look at forms with abnormal results changing colour/being highlighted or at a form of exam summary. Occ health records need to be kept for 40 years so there is potential for a lot of consults. This is also a concern for cases that end up in court
