To save time during data entry: due to requirement of filtering on each tab to find the right person, enter the data, then select the 'Data' tab and lose that search. Additionally, annoying/hard to always have to scroll to the left to 'Complete' the sample.

Perhaps lock the Complete and Person Name columns.
