The 'Prescribed By' fields allow the user to select a profile from our central user table. However, we don't have doctors on staff so at no time will a person from our user table be the person who actually prescribed the medicine. What is your thinking behind this logic? Our nurses would prefer a free-text field.

Likewise, for Medical Conditions, the diagnosed field only allow for a selection from our user table.
