We need to self manage our monitoring results with the Systems Admin being given the the ability to delete closed items as it affects our Reporting.

In addition there has been numerous cases of records added incorrectly that need to be removed. To delete a Health Monitoring test does exist and was implemented in v5.13 however the issue here is that you can only delete tests with a status of Booked and not In Progress, On Hold or Closed.

As a large organisation we need this ability.
