When a profile is created in InTuition, the Moodle Username automatically gets created based on the person's first and last name. This username is what the user will need to use to log onto Moodle. If there is any typo or error in the name, the Moodle Username cannot be edited by the administrator. A ticket needs to be opened for INX to change it for us in the backend.

In LMS+, the email address that was used as the username to log into LMS was editable in InTuition.

Due to human error, typos will very likely take place, it sounds counterproductive for our admins (and the INX team) to have to raise tickets to correct this.
