When updating courses in Moodle/ Intuition there should be 2 options for release:

For non-equivalent courses it should allow the option to make people who already hold the course to re-do, re-issuing for completion. This is a basic LMS feature that most LMS's hold. It was previously available in the +LMS package and has been removed as an option in the Moodle upgrade.
